Last Updated: [July 1, 2025]
NabPlay and its affiliates ("we," "our," or "us") are committed to protecting the privacy rights of our users ("user" or "you"). This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how we collect, store, use, and manage information (including personal data) in connection with the NabPlay mobile application (e.g., for iOS and Android systems, collectively referred to as the "Service"), and outlines your privacy rights.
Information We Collect About You
NabPlay collects information about you as described below. As further detailed, we use and may combine such information to operate, customize content, personalize settings, enhance, and improve our Service. Additionally, we may send you messages or personalized communications regarding our games, scores, new features, etc., including marketing and promotional materials aligned with your preferences.
When registering for or using our Service (e.g., creating an account, completing in-app profiles, communicating with other users via forums, contacting customer support, or participating in contests/promotions), we collect and store all provided information. This may include data shared through single sign-on (e.g., Facebook, Google, Apple), such as:
• Account names/IDs (e.g., user ID)
• Email address
• Other identifiers required to link third-party accounts to our Service.
2. Automatically Collected Information
We automatically collect device and interaction data when you use our Service, including:
• Device/Technical Data: Browser type/language, IP address, device ID, hardware/software specifications, advertising ID (IDFA/GAID), server logs, SDK sensor data.
• Usage Data: Accessed URLs, timestamps, approximate location (derived from IP/GPS), app unique identifiers, version numbers, connection details (carrier, device brand).
• Social/Behavioral Data: User connections, purchase history, linked social media data (subject to your permissions).
Tracking technologies (cookies, web beacons, SDKs) are employed for this purpose. See "Tracking Technologies" below for details.
For mobile app users, we or third parties may collect:
• Unique device identifiers (persistent/non-persistent), MAC address, IMEI, OS type/version/language, timezone, screen size.
• Mobile advertising IDs (IDFA for iOS, GAID for Android).
• Approximate geolocation (city/country via IP).
This aids troubleshooting, trend analysis, personalization, and device compatibility optimization. Such data may be shared with ad partners for targeted advertising (see "Interest-Based Advertising").
Upon registration, a unique user ID is generated to track Service usage, linked to your profile information.
We utilize analytics tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Sensors Analytics) to gather:
• App/game usage frequency, feature engagement, gameplay statistics.
• Performance metrics, download sources (app store origin).
Analytics data is not tied to personally identifiable information (PII).
We and third-party partners use standard tracking tools (SDKs, APIs, scripts) to:
• Recognize devices and remember user preferences.
• Analyze page/feature usage, gameplay patterns.
• Combine with PII (e.g., user ID) for service improvement, fraud prevention, and personalized recommendations.
To manage tracking preferences, consult your device/os/browser settings.
Our Service employs ad technologies (cookies, pixels, etc.) to deliver targeted third-party ads. You may also see our ads on platforms like Facebook.
Collected by Ad Partners:
• Device identifiers (GAID/IDFA), region, IP address (geolocation with consent).
• Ad performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions).
Purposes:
1. Enable ad delivery and verify installations/clicks.
2. Serve relevant ads (e.g., game promotions).
3. Facilitate reward walls/market research offers.
4. Measure ad effectiveness and improve targeting.
Partner Policies:
• Firebase
• Facebook
• AppFlyer
• AppLovin
• AdMob
Opt-Out Options:
• Adjust preferences via NAI or DAA.
• Reset device ad IDs:
○ iOS
○ Android
Note: Opting out reduces ad relevance but does not eliminate ads.
We use internal servers and third-party tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to analyze Service usage, device performance, and operational health.
Google Analytics: Collects IP addresses, session duration, and user interactions—non-PII only. Data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
Mobile Apps:
• AppsFlyer (Berlin, Germany) and Sensors Analytics (Beijing, China) process device attributes (GAID/IMEI/Mac address) for statistical analysis.

1. With Consent: Shared only upon explicit approval.
2. Service Providers: Vendors assisting with IT, payments, analytics, etc., under contractual confidentiality obligations.
3. Third-Party Plugins: Social platforms (e.g., Facebook Connect) may share activity data per their policies.

While we implement safeguards, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute data security.
Information is retained while your account is active or as needed for Service provision. To delete accounts/data, contact: hangzhouxinghua@gmail.com. Legal obligations may require extended retention.
